The Activities Desk

The Activities Desk is the next logical step after consulting the Flaine Tourist Office about the activities included in the Flaine Summer Pass.

Description

You must go to the Activities Desk to confirm your bookings for free activities and/or entertainment.

However, for paying activities, you must go to the Tourist Office to pay your fees. If the "Pass Flaine Été" wristband is not included with your accommodation, you must buy it at the Flaine Tourist Office.

You can also request the loan of equipment (mini-golf, table tennis, pétanque, etc.) from the Comptoir des Activités, subject to a deposit.

Localisation

The Activities Counter takes the form of a black container placed on the Flaine Forum. It is located just opposite the Tourist Office, not far from the Ecumenical Chapel.

To get there on foot from Flaine Forêt, take the orange inclined lifts.

Coming by car? The nearest free car park is P2, just before the entrance to Flaine Forum.

Complément réservation

Pre-booking for free and/or paying activities and/or events is ONLY possible online via a dedicated mini website. Pre-booking slots open 2 days before the start of the activity. For example: for an activity on Wednesday at 3pm, you can book from Monday at 3 p.m.

Once you have made your pre-bookings, you must come and confirm them:
- At the Activities Desk for free activities.
- At the Tourist Office for paying activities.

Exception: only the Laser Game Outdoor activity can be booked directly at the Tourist Office.
