Simple but responsible measures

I wear an approved mask or neck warmer
Approved masks (surgical or class 1 medical) or neck warmers must be worn from the age of 6 in the following places:
- In all queues, even outside (ski lifts, sales outlets…),
- In all buildings (stations, sales outlets, services…),
- On all ski lifts.

I respect social distancing rules
I leave a 1-metre gap between myself and those around me:
- In all queues, both inside and outside,
- In all places where members of the public are gathered together (sales outlets, viewpoints…),
- By respecting the signage.
I buy and recharge my skipass online, or by using the terminals provided for that purpose wherever possible.

I sanitise my hands when I take my gloves off
Hand sanitiser is available for your use in the following places:
- Enclosed ski lift buildings,
- First aid posts,
- Sales outlets, welcome areas and services,
- Public toilets (if you are not able to wash your hands).

Your ski area is changing with the times

We are putting arrangements in place to ensure the best welcome:
- Our teams are still smiling behind their masks as they welcome you!
- All of our employees are trained in health and safety risks and protective measures.
- Our sales outlets and welcome areas have adapted to the current health restrictions (social distancing instructions and signage on site).
- A large number of skipass sales and recharge terminals have been installed.

We are updating our operating conditions:
- Contact surfaces will be regularly cleaned in all ski lifts and cable cars and windows will be left open wherever possible.
- Ski lift access queues will be organised to enable social distancing.
- Our ski lift hourly flow will be increased to reduce queues.
- No restrictions to numbers of skiers on the slopes.

We are changing our sales terms and conditions

Zero risk with the Serenity Advantage:
✅ before the first skiing day, it gives you the possibility to cancel your order free of charge and without conditions.
✅ during your holiday, it guarantees that you would benefit from the applicable daily rate in the event of lift service interruption… In other words, the price of your lift pass will be readjusted as accurately as possible!

During this unusual time, the Serenity Advantage is available exclusively online at €1 instead of €9 per order.

Season Pass:
- Unfortunately, an unforeseen event (a broken leg, a house move, a pregnancy...) could prevent you from using it,
- The health pass becomes a condition of access to the ski area, making it impossible for you to use your lift pass.

By simply writing to customer services (or for the resort of Les Carroz: experience@skilescarroz.com), your lift pass will be fully refunded to you at any time as long as you haven’t yet used it.
