Grand Massif Destination is a non-profit organisation (Association under the French law of 1901), grouping together the 5 Tourist Offices (Flaine, Les Carroz, Morillon, Samoëns and Sixt), the municipalities and the Grand Massif ski area’s 2 ski lift operating companies (GMDS and SOREMAC).

Its purpose is to promote the Grand-Massif territory:  a cohesive tourism region requiring joint promotion and communication.

“Meet the unexpected” is the Grand Massif’s new signature: the outcome of a review conducted in 2014.
It underlines the exceptional and unexpected nature of the experience to be had within the destination.
Indeed, the Grand Massif harbours much in the way of treasures and unsuspected wealth to be uncovered and continuously rediscovered. The result of a unique mix of culture, history and styles, it can meet everyone’s needs and tastes.
