The Security Management System?
Since 2017, GMDS has been certified by an external firm commissioned by Domaine Skiable de France for the implementation of its safety management system (SMS), which is one of the improvement tools dedicated to ski lifts:
  • RM speed control and emergency stop with Freeman remote control
  • Deployment of vigilance cameras to close chairlift railings
  • Tapis cadenseurs pour réguler l’embarquement sur les TS
  • Personnel deployed on arrival of MRs to assist with disembarkation.
  • Maintenance of our facilities between May and October, with major inspections every 5 years, annual inspections, voluntary improvements and equipment renovation to enhance user safety.
