In the winter, surrounded by snow, come and enjoy a coffee and croissant in the morning.
Our lunchtime options are quick, simple and delicious, including wraps, bagels and pizzas.
The dishes on the gourmet bistro-style dinner menu are made using fresh and seasonal products.

• Sustainable tourism : We use seasonal, fresh and local products as much as possible. We have banished the use of plastic so there are no more straws and spoons are used as stirrers.
  In an effort to be eco-friendly, all our waste is recycled: glass, cardboard, paper, cans.
  Our organic waste is collected by the SIVOM in Morillon to then be transformed into biogas and then into energy.
