With 5 linked resorts, a vast network of marked trails, ski lifts adapted for mountain bikes and several equipped bike parks, the Grand Massif is the perfect destination for mountain biking in an unspoilt setting.

The area takes pride in maintaining and securing its trails throughout the summer, so that every rider – beginner or experienced – can ride with complete confidence. Mountain biking activities and events are also organised every season to keep you busy during your sporting holidays.

FLAINE: MOUNTAIN BIKING BETWEEN ALPINE CRESTS AND LUNAR LANDSCAPES

In Flaine, the mountain biking experience takes on a mineral and panoramic dimension. From the top of the Grandes Platières, Flaine's mountain biking itineraries provide a spectacular setting, from breathtaking views of Mont Blanc to technical single-track routes. Here, the pleasure of riding is synonymous with wide open spaces and natural itineraries.
With its almost lunar landscapes and long, easy descents, the sector is just as suited to those looking to get away from it all as it is to riders in search of wild, free-flowing lines. A real breath of fresh air on two wheels.

LES CARROZ: AN ACCESSIBLE AND DYNAMIC BIKE PARK

Les Carroz's bike park is a benchmark in the Alps. FFC-approved, it offers a full range of mountain bike trails for all levels: green, blue, red and black. It's the ideal place to introduce yourself to downhill mountain biking, improve your skills or challenge yourself on technical features.
Pumptrack, North Shore, flow-trails, kids' area: everything you need for fun or sporty sessions, on your own or with friends.

MORILLON: FROM FAMILY BIKE PARK TO COMMITTED ENDURO COURSE

A nature resort par excellence, Morillon offers a gentle approach to mountain biking. Its itineraries pass through forests, typical hamlets and open countryside, perfect for a family outing or a first taste of mountain biking. The enduro trails in Morillon are signposted for all levels, with easy or more technical circuits high above the resort. They also take in the tracks of future international competitions.
It's also an excellent departure point for getting to the Grand Massif enduro trails, particularly those towards the resort of Les Carroz.

SAMOËNS: A CHALLENGING MTB EXPERIENCE

With its forest trails and long, varied descents, Samoëns is a definite spot for thrill-seeking riders. The area is renowned for its demanding trails, impressive gradients and untamed environment. Several routes will delight seasoned mountain bikers.
The area also offers more accessible options for those wishing to progress, with itineraries dedicated to family and cross-country mountain biking.

SIXT-FER-À-CHEVAL: A NATURAL SETTING FOR MOUNTAIN BIKING

Listed as one of France's most beautiful villages, Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval is the ideal spot for leisurely mountain biking. There's no bike park here, just trails rich in nature and heritage. The signposted circuits follow the river, pass through alpine pasture hamlets and provide an opportunity to explore the Giffre valley, between waterfalls and majestic cliffs.
A perfect starting point for fans of all-mountain biking and touring cycling.
