Description

The Flaine La Cascade picnic area is a shaded area full of coolness thanks to the proximity of a stream and waterfalls. Barbecues are freely available for convivial summer meals.
A new play area is located close to the picnic tables.

Localisation

The picnic area is located halfway between Flaine Forêt and Flaine Forum, behind the Lapiaz hotel in a place called ‘les cascades’.

You can get there on foot from Flaine Forum by taking the footpath in front of the CGH swimming pool, then a path through the forest. From Flaine Forêt, you can get there by crossing the whole of Flaine Forêt and the Espace du Bissac.

Some of the activities in the Flaine Summer Pass are close to the picnic area: archery, bumperball, lasergame, yoga, laser rifle, tennis, slackline.
