The Grand Massif supports the region’s talent !

More than just results, we are looking to support projects, values, personalities and above all individuals who are proud of where they come from.

The Grand Massif supports talented individuals practising a mountain-related sport as part of its Origine Grand Massif program.

Two distinct profiles :

The professional : an athlete competing at the highest level of their discipline.
The budding champion : a young talent with an ambitious sporting project.

Champions or Budding Champions all have their sights set on achieving the most prestigious podiums. The Grand Massif is committed to supporting them through their sporting careers.
20 candidates have been selected as part of this sponsorship programme for sporting talent.

ARGELINE TAN-BOUQUET

TÉLÉMARK - Champion


A member of the telemark team for the past 10 years, she has clocked up a string of World Cup podiums.
After sustaining an injury in 2023, she got off to a flying start last winter: 4th overall in the World Cup in the winter of 2023/2024, with 6 podium finishes including 2 victories, her sights are set high for 2025 with the World Championships in Haute Savoie!

MAËLY VERNET-BOUQUET

TÉLÉMARK - Budding champion


Having started out as an alpine skier in the resort of Morillon, Maëly has been a member of the Samoëns telemark club and the French team for the past 4 years.
Last year, she won a bronze medal at the World Junior Championships and was ranked 12th in the world.
She is starting the new season with a very positive outlook, aiming to make it into the top 5 in the World Cup this year and become French Champion.

MAXIME PEZET

FREERIDE SKIING - Budding champion


After starting out in alpine skiing, Maxime took up freeride skiing at the age of 17. Thanks to his excellent results over the last two years, as a free-rider he was ranked 8th Europe-Oceania in the FWTQ & 9th Europe-Oceania in the overall rankings of the FWT Challenger.

MORGANE CHARRE

ENDURO MB- Champion


Morgane is a member of the Pivot Factory Racing team and last season took the titles of : 3rd overall in the World Cup + 3rd in the World Championships + 2 World Cup victories.
Her goals for 2025: World Cup victories; French Champion and World Enduro Champion... A great programme !

ROMANE MIRADOLI

DOWNHILL SKIING - Champion


Having won her first Super-G World Cup race in March 2022, Romane was ranked 12th in the world at the end of last season in Super-G. Her track record: 1 World Cup victory, 6 Olympic starts, 3 World Cup podiums. Since 2019, she has been a member of the French Military Ski Team, “the army of champions”.

YOAN JEANDEMANGE

DOWNHILL SKIING - Budding Champion


Victim of a serious plane crash in 2017, Yoan was able to pull through thanks to his determination and hard work to move forward. He sees skiing as a means of rebuilding his life.
He mainly trains with the Carroz Ski Club and would like to join the French team. This season, he is focusing on World Cup races, whilst setting his sights on the 2026 Paralympic Games.

MORGANE JONNIER

MOUNTAIN BIKING - Champion


A fierce competitor, Morgane takes part in numerous competitions all over the world. 2024 is THE season of dreams: winner of the TRANS NZ, TRANS MADEIRA, TRANS SIRRA NORTE // 2nd in the TRANS BC, TRANS NOMAD... She combines adventure, exploration & competition aboard her camper van which allows her to explore the playground offered by Mother Nature...

ERWANN LEMOINE

DOWNHILL SKIING - Budding champion


Born and bred in the Grand Massif mountains, Erwann has always had a competitive spirit. In the 2023/2024 season, Erwann finished 7th in the national Super-G rankings and 18th in Slalom. For him, the ideal would be to join the French team with one dream in mind: to win a World Cup crystal globe.

LEONIE HARIVEL

CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING - Budding champion


A skier since the age of 3, Léonie is a member of the Agy ski club. Since the 23/24 season, she has been an athlete with the Team Nordic Expérience. Her predilection is long-distance classic races (30-100km) for this, she competes on a pro circuit, Ski Classics across Europe. (Vasaloppet, Marcialonga, Birkebeinerrennet...)
Last season, she placed in the top 10 of the Youth classification of the Ski Classics.
This year, her ambitions are to enter the top 20 of the general classification of the pro circuit and to be on the podium of the long distance races in France.

TITOUAN COTTRET

SNOWBOARD - Budding champion


Titouan started snowboarding 13 years ago with the Carroz ski club. He quickly progressed to join the French Snowboard Federation's "New Talent" group, then the "European Cup" group. He has taken part in a number of competitions, winning a string of titles: French vice-champion in boardercross and 3rd in the French championships. His ultimate goal is to win a medal at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan and claim the Crystal Globe.

ZIAN PECCOUX

TELEMARK - Champion


Zian, a keen telemark skier since the age of 10, joined the French national team in 2022. He took part in the Junior World Championships (2nd, 6th and 9th) and World Cup rounds (8th, 12th and 14th), was 2nd U21 and 7th overall in the French Championships and 1st U21 and 6th overall in the French Cup. The 2024/2025 season looks promising, with the ambition of achieving a World Cup top 5 and a 1st place in the Junior World Championships.

MARIE THOMAS-COUTURAUD

SKI JUMPING - Budding champion


A member of the Marnaz Vougy ski club, Marie was U17 French vice-champion in January 2024, and is now entering the circle of world competitions. She qualified last September in Switzerland to take part in the Courchevel Summer Grand Prix; this winter 2024, a World Cup round…

MANON PETIT-LENOIR

SNOWBOARD - Champion


Originally from Samoëns, Manon has been snowboarding competitively since the age of 8. A promising talent, she achieved a string of podium finishes and won the gold medal at the Lillehammer Youth Olympic Games in 2016. This victory established her as the first Youth Olympic champion in Snowboardcross. These efforts notably earned her second place at the World Cup in Cervinia in 2022. Manon is currently preparing for the 2026 Olympic Games in Italy.

NINA ARTHAUD

CLIMBING - Champion


European champion in 2019 and World Cup finalist in 2019 and 2020, Nina felt the need to explore new horizons and became involved in outdoor climbing. Today, she is fully committed to this demanding and exciting discipline, which enables her to test her limits and compete with the best in the world. She recently achieved an 8b+ in bouldering, joining the very select group of 5 French climbers to reach this grade.

MARGOT MOSCHETTI

MARATHON CROSS-COUNTRY & OLYMPIC CROSS-COUNTRY - Budding champion


An international rider, Margot is the French elite marathon champion and one of the four best riders in the world in this discipline. Her international track record is testament to her commitment and passion for mountain biking.

LOUIS JEANDEL

ENDURO MB - Champion


Holder of the title of 2nd world vice-champion in 2024, Louis has been passionate about cycling since the age of 15. Race director of the Enduro des Millevaches, he has many strings to his bow and even helped develop the Commencal Meta V5 Enduro mountain bike!

CAMILLE BOURBON

TELEMARK - Budding champion


Camille discovered telemark skiing on the Grand Massif ski slopes, where she continues to progress. A member of the Samoëns Team Telemark Club for the past 11 years and of the French Telemark team for the past 5 years, her good results have enabled her to join the A team this season. She won two FIS titles in 2022 and 2023 and is now hoping to achieve her first World Cup podium.

FRANCE PIGNOT

CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING - Budding champion


France joined the Haute-Savoie Nordic Team, a squad of 20 skiers (cross-country skiers and biathletes) supported by the Haute-Savoie département and dedicated to training young people so that they may join the French national teams through international trials. Her aim is to be selected for the U23 World Championships and to take part in the World Cup in Les Rousses and, in the long-term, to take part in the 2030 Olympics.

LEANE FRANCIS

DOWNHILL SKIING - Budding champion


Originally from La Roche sur Foron, Léane first started skiing at the age of 6. She soon started competing and went on to join the Carroz ski club. Her results enabled her to join the Comité Mont Blanc team in 2022, where she earned the status of top-level sportswoman. Classed as “promising” on the ministerial list, Léane won a FIS race that season, a race at international level. She is now determined to make her debut in the European Cup, through the preparation of the Orsatus team.

ARIANE PIGNOT

CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING - Budding champion


Last winter, Ariane achieved a top 15 in the European Cup and finished French vice-champion in the sprint, followed by the individual and long-distance events. Her dream: to take part in the Olympic Games in Milan 2026 and in the French Alps 2030. This year, she joined the Haute-Savoie Nordic Team in order to give herself the best preparation possible!
