Where can I find information on the state of opening of slopes and lifts?

In the “Live info” menu, you can check the opening status of lifts and pistes for the entire ski area or by resort.
By scrolling down the page, under the “Ski area status” menu, you’ll find the “Tracks and lifts” menu.
The picto ✔️ to the right of the track or lift means that it is open.
The picto ❌ means that the track or lift is closed.

How do I make an online purchase or top-up?
Are you buying?
Make your reservation on our website by following the on-screen instructions or by downloading our Grand Massif mobile App.
Are you in the case of a top-up?
Simply enter the number shown on your pass. Reloading is immediate: in 5 minutes, just enough time to put on your skis, you can be at one of our lifts and enjoy the slopes straight away.

What does my ski pass give me access to?
Explore the Grand Massif ski area and its 5 resorts. Whether you’re a seasoned skier or looking to get started, we have areas to suit all levels of skier.
- The GRAND MASSIF ski area allows you to ski across all five resorts.
- The “VILLAGES” ski area offers access to 4 village resorts: Les Carroz, Morillon, Samoëns and Sixt.
- The “FLAINE” ski area is ideal for those who dream of discovering new horizons in the high mountains.
- The “SIXT” ski area is ideal for families or beginners who want to ski in complete tranquillity.
- The “DÉBUTANT” area lets you progress on the slopes at your own pace. There is one “DÉBUTANT” area per resort.

What does the pedestrian pass give me access to?
The pedestrian pass allows you to use certain gondolas and chairlifts to enjoy the summits of the resorts, or to accompany children to ski lessons.
Please note! A round trip can only be made once on the same day.
The 6-day pedestrian pass allows unlimited use of the lifts for 6 non-consecutive days.

Is there a student rate for Le Grand Massif?
No, there are no specific student rates for Le Grand Massif.
However, the Skillico offer allows you to benefit from discounts ranging from 5% to 40% on GRAND MASSIF, FLAINE or VILLAGES ski days all winter long.

What should I do in the event of an unforeseen event (cancellation, change of plan, etc.)?
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as changes in plans or unfavorable weather conditions, we recommend that you subscribe to our Serenity Advantage for just €9 per ski pass.
What is the Serenity Advantage? It guarantees :
1 – Cancel your ski passes up to the day before your first day of skiing. You’ll get a full refund!
2 – Benefit from the best available offer in the event of a reduction in our rates on site, notably due to poor weather conditions. The difference between the rate applied and the rate purchased will be reimbursed on request.

What is a Skicard?
A skicard, also known as a hands-free support, is compulsory to access the lifts.
This support is free of charge for all purchases made online or on our application and subject to a charge (€2) for all purchases made at the checkout or at vending machines.
It can be refilled.
Once you’re on the slopes, place your skicard on the left-hand side. The holder will be automatically detected when you enter our lifts and will give you access to the slopes.

Season passes are valid for one person only. When booking, you will be asked to upload a photo.

How does my membership work?
Skillico memberships are renewed by tacit agreement.
Membership is valid for 1 year from the date you join.
You will receive two emails notifying you of the renewal of your membership in the last two months before your renewal.
If you do not wish to renew your membership, simply request this in your account on the Ski à la Carte website.

What should I do if my Skillico Pass has been lost/stolen?
